I don't know that that matters; I'm just concerned about the child.
I heard Nico was in the car; praying that's not true!
I have known since early am.... got a text from Nick Najera at 5:00 am. Wanted confirmation .... the mortuary contacted Nick asking if he knew his partner was dead. Nick's lawyer told him to go see him actually dead..... faked deaths are not uncommon in MX ... a few well placed bribes.... so we confirmed before I reported it. His body will be sent to his parents in Minnesota.
I wouldn't put it past him to try to fake his own death. I would like to see more convincing information as to this development.
Wow....I wonder if he was under-the-influence or committed suicide? How does his death affect our case? If it is determined he had money and assets, would the money need to be legally sent to AZCC, as well as assets be sold and monies also sent, to pay at least so.ething towards restitution?
