My husband Tom does not get to retire anytime soon. As Julie at IPX said to me "It will be okay, Ann." Well, Julie, do you really think failing our goal of allowing Tom to retire at 71 is really "okay". Well, I don't! I so wish we had never heard of IPX!

All told, we have lost over $200,000 on our property investments in just 18 months.

It's time to take them to task. At the very least, we can get some satisfaction from the Arizona Board of Realtors. It is a slam dunk that we can claim IPX's broker employees at the direction of Daniel Butterfield are negligent in their duty to the buyers. Okay investors, who wants in on this?
